Prayer requests may be submitted to the church office at 563-355-4161, via email at stjamesbett@gmail.com or using this online form. Prayer request names are listed in the bulletin and are recited during the prayers of the day each Sunday. If the prayer request is for a friend or family member who is not a member, only the first name will be published in the bulletin. Members who have family in the military are encouraged to submit their names to the prayer list.
The Swanson Scholarship is available to members of St. James who are graduating high school seniors and will be pursuing further education. Deadline for application is March 1.
